About this Course

This 8-week course, will meet twice per week and will help you add weight to your squat, bench, and deadlift. Each individual in the course will receive programming for days we do not meet directly tailored to you. Justin will work with you to better your techniques on the big 3 and help you fall in love with heavy weights. Whether your goal is to increase your personal bests or to compete in the near future, Justin's got you covered.
