Suitable for people interested in caring for their back and those with persistent back issues including low back pain, osteoporosis, arthritis and sciatica. Use a full yet gentle breath and connect movements of the inner core to build strength and explore movements safely. Each class includes a relaxation practice and is mostly on the floor. Participants should be able to bring themselves safely to the ground and up. Chairs will be available for support. No prior yoga knowledge required! What to bring: Yoga (or other) mat, two blocks if you have them, a towel that can be rolled up, a tennis ball, dress in the layers.
